Wow, all these comments saying that American girls wear underwear outside are kind of insulting, but mostly just funny since that's so untrue. I think the people making the comments are just jealous that we Americans live in the greatest and most powerful nation in the world!! :D Oh yeah...I just pulled that card ;) But, in all seriousness, Koreans wear short shorts just like Americans wear short shorts. I've never seen any woman walk around in her underwear or bra in public...just saying... BUT cleavage and open shoulders can be seen as like revealing and girls always cover up. like you would never wear an open tank top with boobs hanging out like you see in america. but girls wear mini skirts and short shorts even in like the winter. legs are the emphasis. But in america girls tend to do both short shorts and cleavage. and short shorts look great on koreans What's the second song? And they even use shirts that show their CLEAVAGE's, In Korea, they dont use Bra's when going to a shop / market etc. In america, they use bra, underwear, shorts that are super short. It's fair. I think it's because most korean girls have a petite figure which allows them to look cute and sexy when wearing shorts(without suggesting they look slaughty or too provocative).American girls ( generally Western girls) whose body figure is more voluptuous than our Asian friends are victims to sexual harassment (so nasty) because we're seen as slaughts( for wearing shorts)...Don't make a big deal out of it.
