  3. I know both cantonese and mandarin. Jia is speaking Mandarin (or Pu tong hua in China) where it is the national language of both Taiwan and China. While Cantonese is a dialect used widely in Guangzhou and Hong Kong. And I can tell you that guy is speaking gibberish and try to make it sound like Cantonese with that accent.
