  1. My response to moproducer was to illustrate how ridiculous his/her comment was. It was also an opportunity to get in a dig about the various counterfeit bibles. Btw, have you heard of the Queen James Bible? Yep! When you can't tolerate the rules change the rulebook I reckon.
  2. No, if its not in the bible, then its not there, we cant better our self, Jesus is the only one that can do that for us, Change us, we cant change our self, I could say, and there will be no new version, of the bible.
  3. Yes, when Jesus healed the leper, raised the dead, gave sight to the blind, the first thing He required of each was to better themselves by getting an education. Well... maybe that's not in the Bible, but I'm sure there'll be a version out soon that will say that.
  4. when can we go and be with the precious lamb of God?oh may heaven be near us in Jesus name.
  5. I LOVE GOD
  6. Truly Beautiful !
  7. Jesus is lord of my life
  8. praise GOD
  9. My Lord Jesus Christ Is God Of Love
  10. I love this song and god our savior
  11. Beautiful, sweet, Christlike ! Thank you. So much !
  12. That's exactly the point I'm trying to make. If I was trying to applaud myself, do you think I would have even gone up on stage with so little experience? I'm not trying to glorify myself by saying any of that. I'm just trying to make a point. My worship wasn't worth any less because it was simple. If I was just going up there to applaud my performance, which is pretty difficult at such an amateur level, THEN its worth would decrease.
  13. #1 Perhaps you might consider glorifying God by bettering yourself & get an education. #2 When the purpose of our worship is to make ourselves feel good and applaud our performance, then we're no longer worshiping God. We are worshiping ourselves. Take a good, hard look.
  14. That may be part of it. More than that, though, is that there are a lot more instruments included in contemporary worship.
  15. What changed in the last 40 years? You're telling me that people are dumber now?
  16. Keep in mind that this is coming from a worship leader. When I first started leading, even simple songs needed to be simplified further or I couldn't do them. Do you think the worship meant less to God, despite the effort I put into serving and worshiping him through those simple songs?
  17. What you don't realize is how few skilled musicians there are compared to the number of skilled musicians necessary to do complicated music. Frankly, it appalls me that anyone would call any kind of worship "inane," even if it's simple. Why does it matter if a song isn't complicated, as long as people are truly worshiping from the heart? Oftentimes in contemporary worship settings, simple songs are legitimately all the band can pull together.
  18. internacionais de assisacpel
  19. Washed in the blood, Taking off my rags, and putting on the Lord Jesus Christ. And His righteousness, cause miy righteousness is but filthy rags(women's period) Praise be to God. Thank you Jesus!
  20. Amen!
  21. Wow, does this ever take me back. I grew up in churches that had choirs, organs, and congregational singing of hymns. No one does that anymore. What they do is repeat inane choruses 500 times, then applaud themselves & the band for having completed such a major accomplishment. When I was small, a Mennonite colony regularly visited in our church (they had none of their own), and were welcome to sing in our choir. They sounded as close to angels as anything I've ever heard.
  22. And where does the washing take place? Acts 22:16 ASV And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on his name. And how does the blood continue to "wash" after baptism? 1 John 1:6-7 ASV If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: (7) but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
  23. be washed by the blood of the lamb
  24. Prachtig lied. Ook heel mooi gezongen. Een Zegen als je weet dat je gewassen bent door het bloed van HET LAM. Lucas Stroeve
  25. Yes iam washed soo nice.
