- You have to distinguish between the two, they are not the same as far as this is concerned. Jesus Culture's stuff is virtually all covers, it is simply Bethel's youth ministry so that shouldn't be too surprising. Bethel on the other hand probably writes 80% or more of the stuff on their self titled albums including this song.

- In this case I won't be overwhelmed by the troubles of life. We are asking God to give us wisdom and to see things from His point of view so we are not troubled. God is our strength shield and rock, He reigns and because of this we can stand firm and not be perplexed by adverse circumstances. Hope this helps
