- I think the saddest part of this whole thing is I remember watching the original documentary and this guy was arrested for just a DUI. If he kept quiet and played the game he probably would have been released on OR , went to court and he could have walked with a diversion , paid a fine and been required to attend some AA meetings and a safe driver course and it would have been off his record. Well class this concludes the lesson on how to turn something simple into a nice long prison sentence.
