Any hopes of mercer coming back were crushed when heller consumed him, alex is gone Mercer well lets hope they bring him back somehow in prototype 3 Alex mercer in prototype 2 It can't all be a happy ending... I feel like they should be bring Alex back in a third game or something but he shouldn't be insane in this one... though he was still a total badass in the second... it just doesn't seem like him to be insane... true I´m black and like Mercer way more because of the same reasons you said.I hate the fact that the producers of prototype made Heller kills Mercer. It would be awesome if played as Heller cuz he aint that bad :p just normal story u wanna kill Mercer then on the end Heller still joined Mercers team but not everybody in one body, and then u can play as everybody from that team after finishing the game ........Like the prototype Avengers :p and his daughter will be released Happy ending First song ? Heller want revenge on Mercer for his fucking daughter and kills everybody for his own shit Mercer wanted revenge on the people who created the virus and then blamed him and he got hated by everybody ,and the virus was still spreading, he tried to stop it... then lost his faith in humanity ..... Hellers DNA has a stronger bond with the virus then Mercers, also Mercer was making evolved but wasn't absorbing them, he was giving them power while Heller was absorbing them, and he became more powerful point blank plain and simple, doesn't mean I like Heller better, I am just stating facts. Heller. If mercer was stronger, he would have kicked heller's ass. But instead, Alex infects a pissed off SEARGENT with resilient DNA, a BAD ATTITUDE, a lost FAMILY, military COMBAT and EXPIRIENCE. Heller even challened him face to face even without his powers.. And dont forget that cut scene when Mercer attempted to kill him and failed....and ran... Heller defeated Mercer. "huh, welcome to the top of the food chain" -Alex Mercer said it himself. Plus I like Heller's jacket and hood...
