- That is a dumb thing to say . I am no cyrus fan but my common sense tells me her parents are extremely well off therefore she is probaly educated in a posh school or home schooled by a teacher with references of high achievers ... So we can probly assume she is well edcuated then your dumb ass with your dumb ass comment :)
