Hello Taylor Swift fans! I'm Joslyn Davis for ClevverTV with scoop on Tay's release change-up. As you all know, her next big album will be out in October, but fans have already been gearing up for the debut of the first single, which was initially supposed to happen in a few weeks. But of course in the craziness that is the entertainment industry, things never go quite as planned. A low quality version of Taylor's first single, "Mine," was somehow leaked on the internet, leading her label to make the decision to put the top-notch version the song on itunes much earlier than scheduled. Plan or no plan though, Miss Swift seems to always land in the top spot. Soon after arriving on itunes, Mine was number one. T's reaction to the unexpected release and number one status prompted her to tweet that she "landed in Japan and got 20 texts and looked at iTunes and got tears in [her] eyes."
