"Still of the Night" is a single released by Whitesnake, from their hugely successful self titled 1987 album. The song was written by lead singer David Coverdale and guitarist John Sykes, and proved to be one of the band's most popular songs. It combines the blues origins of the band with the more distorted, harder sound driving the song, making for a powerful hard rock song. The current Whitesnake lineup and John Sykes both play the song as their live encore. A music video, featuring Coverdale's then future wife Tawny Kitaen, was shot for the song, and it was MTV's most requested video in its first week of release. 5. When I first heard this song I was in an IROC Camaro cruising with my best friend to the beach to see Ozzy. When my neighbor's 18 and 20 year old son and daughter asked me what kind of cars we had when we were young; I smile; and laugh; and tell them it was more bad ass than they can possibly imagine. Whitesnake made it soooo great to be young then.
  6. AJMO DANAS LUDILO NA KALIŠU!!! AAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaA! BELA ZMIJO!

  11. This was the best Whitesnake album, it rocked from start to finish.
  12. She also married Coverdale in 1989 (very short wed). And she was no 'redhead'. She just appears such in the Whitesnake vids due the lighting. She was a medium brunette.
  13. Hi Adam! Thxs for the info. You're right. She's very pretty. I see she's in the "Is This Love" Video. lol! All guys say they don't care for redheads! I'm not surprise! True story, I had a chance to see Whitesnake play at a small venue where I live at, a little while ago, but I chose to see The Doors show, with Ian Astbury, of the Cult, doing the Jim Morrison part. Now, I'm sorry I did that!! Whitesnake really rocks! Have you ever seen Whitesnake in concert?
  14. this song is still AWESOME even after all these years!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. Thats Tawny Kataen, she was David Coverdales girlfriend for a few years. Thats why she is in a few of Whitesnakes videos not to mention she was one of the hottest video vixens of the 80's! I don't care too much for red heads but she would be an exception. Lol
  16. AWESOME! 80's ROCK WAS BANGING!! I love this!! Sometimes, I wish I could have been born earlier, to have been a part of the 80's rock scene! David Coverdale looks, and sounds just like Robert Plant! Well, to me anyway. I wonder if the pretty lady in this video is David's lady in real life, because I see she's in another video of Whitesnake. She fits in very good in their videos. Anyway, "WHITESNAKE REALLY ROCKS"!! I love this!!
