They look like an extension of the shinny chrome above the signal. Then at 0:14 (after impact), the tiny white reverse lights go off. i thought the car behind stopped then started driving again What are you talking about? The car BEHIND came to a complete stop without hitting the car in FRONT. Then the car in FRONT reversed into the car BEHIND as indicated by the reverse lights coming on. The car BEHIND did not move after it stopped. The car in FRONT is clearly at fault!
